Introduction

Compounding involves the incorporation and homogeneous blending of minerals and additives into a base resin, followed by extrusion, to enhance material properties and expand its application scope. Key raw materials include base resin, talc, CaCO₃, fibers, masterbatches, and functional additives. The feeding system must be meticulously engineered to accommodate the characteristics of each material and the formulation requirements. Likewise, the design of the finished-product conveying system should account for material properties to minimize abrasion and prevent cross-contamination.
