This system is inspired by advanced Japanese and German technologies and introduced by our company. Our R&D team has independently developed the Smart High-Precision Chemical Batching System, designed for accurate dosing and batching of granular, powder, and flake materials. It is widely used in industries suchs as rubber, cable polymers, silicone, friction materials, plastics, and pigments.

The system supports multiple feeding methods, including electromagnetic vibrators, single or double screw feeders, belt conveyors, self-cleaning screw feeders, vibrating screw feeders, and continuous stepless speed-controlled smart devices. Multiple electronic scales operate independently to meet diverse user requirements, enabling automatic control and management of the material weighing and batching process while ensuring consistent and precise batching accuracy. The system also features comprehensive environmental protection measures and fully automated bag-making and material-handling equipment.
