Description: The PVC automatic compounding and feeding system is designed for efficient handling and processing of PVC powder materials. It supports both negative and positive pressure conveying (dilute phase or dense phase) and provides precise metering of main materials and additives, thorough mixing, and centralized storage. Depending on site requirements, materials can be conveyed using pipe chain conveyors, negative pressure systems, or screw conveyors. Each machine hopper receives its designated material, with the entire process centrally controlled via PLC and monitored through a host computer.
Continuous production in the plastics industry requires adequate raw material storage. Common storage options include small 25 kg bags, suitable for low-capacity operations and manual handling, or larger 500 kg, 1000 kg, and “big bags," which require mechanical assistance. A big bag discharge station facilitates efficient emptying of these larger units into the production system.
The big bag weighing unit streamlines production by accurately measuring PVC or calcite powder. Materials are conveyed into the weighing unit via screw conveyors, where load cells measure precise portions. The measured material is then transferred to the mixer, where it is combined with other additives for uniform mixing.
